	If #1214A and following is true, then #2299 doesn't apply to
Drake.    Strictly US&S on Drake  --  no nachod.

	There was a trolley wire contact for the grade crossing at
the school south of Santa Barbara on Drake which was also time
delayed.    Forced a complete stop and wait for the Interurban
to check for school children.
