This is news to me. In the latter 1970s, PCCs were out of the
barn between 4.30--5.00-AM on All Routes on All Days!
Muni was forced to copy BART on Sundays once lrv service
commenced which means lrvs out the door about 7.00-AM on Sunday
depending on the line. J-, K-, & M-lines would be among last
to be out in the morning since they reach the outer end of the
line is the Metro yard. N-line is earliest since it uses
J-line to Duboce/Church, then outbound to Ocean Beach where it
leaves about 7.30-AM. By the time the first N-line lrv gets
back to the subway, the subway has just opened.
Muni has started lrv service much earlier on most lines as
shuttles - K-, L-, M-lines to West Portal and back - J- and N-
lines thru routed. Don't know what they are currently doing.

The PRCo Interurban schedule effective Monday__1957.08.14
shows the first car leaving Drake at 8.02-AM__on__Sunday.
First Car scheduled outbound from downtown was 8.20-AM, then
every 40--minutes until 12.40-AM.
Library service was 24-hours with cars leaving Library at:
12.18-AM,
1.18-AM,
2.13-AM,
2.43-AM,
4.13-AM,
4.48-AM, 7-Days a week, then resuming normal scheduling for
the day.
Times for Library from downtown 7-days a week were:
12.30-AM
1.00-AM
1.30-AM
2.00-AM
3.30-AM
4.00-AM
5.30-AM
The PRCo schedule effective 1964.04.26 shows the first car
leaving Drake at 7.43-AM__on__Sunday. First time for outbound
Car is 7.10-AM--40-line car from downtown and transfer to Drake
pullout at SHJ at 7.25__AM; first actual Drake car from downtown
is 8.00-AM and every hour until Mudnight.
Library service was 24-hours with cars leaving Library at:
11.30-PM
12.30-AM
1.00-AM
2.00-AM
3.34-AM (Time is Wood//Fifth.)

Incidentally, Baltimore rescinded cutting all lrv service on
Thanksgiving and issued an emergency edict saying Thanksgiving
lrv Service Will Operate.
