This is news to me. In the latter 1970s, PCCs were out of the
barn between 4.30--5.00-AM on All Routes on All Days!

Muni was forced to copy BART on Sundays once lrv service
commenced which means lrvs out the door about 7.00-AM on Sunday
depending on the line. J-, K-, & M-lines would be among last
to be out in the morning since they reach the outer end of the
line is the Metro yard. N-line is earliest since it uses
J-line to Duboce/Church, then outbound to Ocean Beach where it
leaves about 7.30-AM. By the time the first N-line lrv gets
back to the subway, the subway has just opened.

Muni has started lrv service much earlier on most lines as
shuttles - K-, L-, M-lines to West Portal and back - J- and N-
lines thru routed. Don't know what they are currently doing.

Incidentally, Baltimore rescinded cutting all lrv service on
Thanksgiving and issued an emergency edict saying Thanksgiving
lrv Service Will Operate.
