[PRCo] Added Feeder Cables

After looking at some early sixties photos of the 42 (or 42/38, depending upon the
date), it appears that some stretches of the P.R.O.W. originally had a single
feeder cable. Later photos, video and my own riding experiences indicate two
feeders on the same crossarms. What was the reason for adding the extra feeder?

I am taking an uneducated guess that adding the Route 38 cars to the Route 42 right
of way may have increased demand on the distribution system.

I also noticed a second feeder was added to the "over the hill" street trackage up
Arlington and Warrington. I am also guess this was due to the temporary rerouting
of cars over the hill during the tunnel renovation during the mid 1970s.

I saw an additional feeder cable along the Library line during my 1999 visit.
Somebody, either Ed or Scott Davis, told me it was because the new LRVs draw more
power.

Comments? (And don't tell me to get a life. This is my escape from life!) ;-)
