Here is a better explanation about what trucks are under 1711 at Arden

Do not assume that 1711's trucks are the 1949 St. Louis originals.  All
the
trucks and truck parts underwent a grand shuffle during the PAT years.
The
result is that 1711 now has one of each make (going by the axle housing
castings), and both of them have components from both vendors.  We have
at least
one truck with a 1947 St. Louis axle housing (obviously from a B3 used
under a
1600) and a Hall housing dated 1981.  Where PAT has been involved,
assume
nothing.
