[PRCo] PRC 1711

So somebody have to made an entirely new connection for shocks on the 1711's
body frame! What for??? Was it a private gumption of somebody in Elmira?
Interurban 1700s were capable of safe (? - may be) operation over so
terrible (I'm sorry) PRCo. tracks. The present tracks of the PTM seem to be
perfect and the addition of shock absorbers is quite nonsensical. Any
different opinion?
