To get directly to the Wabash Bridge page, go to:
http://pghbridges.com/pittsburghW/0584-4476/wabash.htm
The home page at http://pghbridges.com/alldesign.htm will let you get descriptions of all the bridges in the database.

I got that URL with "Netscape" from a friend who had done a search of bridges. I use Internet Explorer, but the long search address opened fine on my computer.

An interesting Web page on the Wabash Terminal is at:

  http://search.netscape.com/ns/boomframe.jsp?query=wabash+terminal+pittsburgh&page=1&offset=0&result_url=redir%3Fsrc%3Dwebsearch%26requestId%3D461af26fd6969bcb%26clickedItemRank%3D4%26userQuery%3Dwabash%2Bterminal%2Bpittsburgh%26clickedItemURN%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fpghbridges.com%252FpittsburghW%252F0584-4476%252Fwabash.htm%26invocationType%3D-%26fromPage%3DNSCPTop%26amp%3BampTest%3D1&remove_url=http%3A%2F%2Fpghbridges.com%2FpittsburghW%2F0584-4476%2Fwabash.htm

The page also has links to other Pittsburgh bridge pages on the website.

Near the bottom of the page, click on "Wabash Tunnel under Mt. Washington" for a link to a page that describes PAT's plans for the tunnel in the 1970's.
