The article reads to Castle Shannon, nut just Mount Lebanon.  Now we must
ask ourselves, will there be a transfer point or will the Mount Lebanon cars
terminate at the "Castle Shannon" station while the South Hills Village cars
sail by a block away?  If I want to go from Bethel Village to Mount Lebanon,
will I have to change cars at South Hills Junction?  That is my take on what
I read.
