Didn't PTM scrap a 4000 series car with 27E trucks???  But these trucks are 
6 ft wheel base, rather then 6ft-6in, and also equipped for air brakes??  
Didn't West Penn adapt the 27E for magnetic brakes??  But for a static 
display ........

Memory is not serving too well on this.

(but those trucks would be correct for an Oley Valley car, of which two 
bodies survive.  On second thought, don't think any of us really want to go 
there - PTM has enough to restore for several lifetimes)
