Extremely vague recollection that sign was supposed to be changed at
Washington Jct. inbound, but operators normally changed it at Drake or
Simmons. That vague recollection might be from changing the sign for the
operator while Sunday/Holiday pass riding.

How are reliefs handled?
And why the 19 minute Sunday headway on 42S??? These are not user friendly
headways. Is there a reason???
