Fred's reference (below) to PRC and Gov. Shapp reminded me of a photo I took
of 1700 on 9/18/66. See

billboard to the right of the trolley.
The photo was taken on Carson St. at the Smithfield St. Bridge which was
closed for repairs that month, and trolley ran between the tunnel and
downtown via Carson St., the 10th St. Bridge and 2nd Avenue.
