[PRCo] Scrapped PCCs

I tried to send a photo direct  to Boris, but it didn't go through, so I
will attach it with this message to the list and it should be viewable on
the Dementia page.  The message I sent to Boris:

See attached photo that I took at South Hills Jct. on 9/18/66.  The location
is along Warrington Ave. (route 48-Arlington at that time) just south of the
SHJ Administration Bldg.
That's 1555 being cut apart, plus at least two other PCC's nearby.

In late 1966 there were always 3-5 PCCs being cut apart at that location.  I
took
photos whenever I drove by there, although most of the views were rather
sad.
