Harold - I know about the existence of the traffic circle from a PRCo map I
have got, but haven't seen any photos of the old structure.
We had a bridge collaps too in Ostrava, in 1976. Leaking gas piping and an
arc from trolley bus pole resulted in an explosion which demolished the
bridge, threw away and burned the trolley bus and an automobile. I think the
automobile ended on its roof. Several people suffered serious injury. The
bridge was 17 years old.
