[PRCo] Question for Harold G. or anyone

One of my photos of the WP Greensburg Terminal taken from the street looking 
into the 
covered loading area has a Ford Transit Bus behind the 280 or 290 series West 
Penn car.
Can you help me with who owned the bus and anything more?
