Greetings
PAAC was and is still the legal name of the organization..
KIt is owned by Allegheny County
PAT, Patrain, Patransit, The T (for LRT) and now Gold service are all
for advertising. They have no legal basis
PAAC was formed in the mid 1950's for the rivers. Inherited transit in
the late 1950's
when they could not get a transit authority thru the legislature
Ed Beachler ran the river function for years. No function now
