	Boris has apparently cracked his right-forearm and has wires
attached to the bones to hold them in place.     He has
experienced considerable pain with this and it is extremely
tiring for him to be at the computer and very difficult to
type    ----    his correspondence will be quite limited.

	At this point his planned trip to Pgh. is uncertain because he
is unable to complete papers and travel to the embassy in Prague.
