4398 is already half new and is not an outrageous project with staff and
cash on hand. It's remarkable what qualified full-time staff brings to a
thing like this.

#4398 as I remember seeing it ,is a pretty rusted out car and will be a long
time getting out of the shop. WP #832 is another car similar to the car
Seashore Trolley Museum has, Curved side car #639 from Wheeling W.V. This
car was in similar shape and basically what was done was build an entire new
body after jacking the roof up out of the way !!! That is the only part of
#832 that can be saved. A Long long project. #639 has taken 30 plus years !!
The 700's seem to be in good shape and should not take as long. Why not fix
one up to run ASAP as I consider them to be a great exhibit that many people
would like to see. Just my opinion people. cheers Rogertrolley aka Roger
Jenkins
