Would be probably problem to operate the car (4001) with pole under the new
pantograph-type overhead. Insulators, wire tension points etc. But as you
can see in the attached picture, all is possible with some amount of
fantasy....
But the 4001 seems to be restored only cosmetically with pantograph removal
and I guess that some her electric components are burned down. Haven't seen
the car in three dimensions - as well as any PCC - yet.
Of course, I share your wish to see any PRCo PCC being operated in
Pittsburgh!
