[PRCo] New LRVs/Testing on Drake

  Has anyone had the chance to see the new LRVs? I believe they have
started testing them on the old Drake line. Just wondering if someone
may have taken a photo because Port Authority's website sure hasn't
shown me anything as of yet.
  On another note, would it be possible for PAT to use 4001(I believe
that is the car they have on display) for the opening of Overbrook?
Is this car even able to see any kind of service? 4004(PTM's car) for
that matter. I'd love to see something out there besides LRVs for the
opening, if possible.
