Please to described late 70's army car that is not to be proud of.

PTM has a few unrestored PCC hulks lying around, you think we could get some talented but still young and apprentice painters (read: cheap) to do some basic sand and patchwork and recreate some of these billboard cars for the new barn?  I would think a few body shops wouldn't mind loaning out budding talent to practice on someone elses property.
