I thought we established the incline was just inbound of Rialto here many
years back.

(I assume the article is about Rialto, which was washed out partly in a
heavy storm a few weeks back and may be open again, but I'm using a cell
phone for net so I'm not going to go look... my train is pulling into
Lancaster now and I'll be in Boston this evening..
