[PRCo] Two maybe OT Topics

1. Just read the Classic Trains article on the PLE Berkshires and how they
were forecd to go ahead and purchase more steam, even though the mgmt
realized the problems this would create for Pittsburgh division, and was
struck by the similarity between management decisions versus the opinions
of labor or supervisors when dealing with the rails to buses conversions.

2. In line with the continuing discussions of car houses and their 
contents and job rules, I have always wondered whether Pittsburgh 
consciously located Police and fire stations in the vicinity of streetcar 
tracks (or vice versa). On while that topic is open (if it is), have the 
official names of police divisions in Pittsburgh changed over the years?
