I can't open the link to see the image.  If someone put a "Morris" sign up,
it's because he/she was incompetent and didn't do the requisite homework.
It also implies a lack of proper supervision.

  So are you saying that someone simply placed a "Morris" sign on the
shelter instead of "Morse"? Morris and Morse do sound very similar
when spoken verbally. It certainly wasn't a railfan who placed
the sign there, that's for sure. Could simply have been a rookie PAT
