Ed as usual is right.

PTM policy is correct.  Fix them and then run them

Let today's generation enjoy the vehicles.   There may
be an exception here and there...Pres Lincoln's funeral;
car might be of such historical value.

But make it possible to see and ride.   I am waiting
to ride a West Penn 700
