Looks like it is north side of Carson St. across from the Wickersham Public 
School.  But I remember the 30th St. loop being a clockwise loop on south 
side of Carson.

Was the carhouse removed for J&L expansion??

Looks like double track continued on Carson to Margaret St., and only 
westbound track retained beyond Margaret (36th St.??)   But I have no 
recollection of any housing east of 30th St. on Carson in 1960s  ?????????

I think I need to spend a weekend in Pittsburgh with copies of these old 
plat maps off of the Univ. of Pgh website.  Getting very curious as to the 
locations of these old car barn sites today.  (only been saying this for 2-3 
years)
