I find it interesting that for a relatively obscure line there are currently two models in the works of the West Penn 700 series car: IHP will produce an N scale version and St Petersburg is working on an O scale version.  I plan to get both.  There was a HO scale version produced several years ago.  I have the West Penn video, and bought the expensive PRMA West Penn book at the PTM bookstore and felt it was money well spent.
