[PRCo] West Penn Destination Sign Photo

I've attached a lo-res photo of five of PTM's destination signs, showing
various colors, including a green Phillips sign.  If the system works right,
Derrick's computer will take it from here and put it where you all can view
it if you like.
Meanwhile, we're off for the airport.
