Sounds like Milwaukee. People used to say the 27th Street Viaduct was the 
longest bridge in the world....it connected Germany to Poland! :-)

I'm sure with all the bridges in Pittsburgh and the same sort of ethnic 
enclaves, similar jokes circulated throughout the Steel City.
