 Thanks Ed! That answers all of my questions. I rode the PCCs a bunch
in the mod era but can't remember the blue interiors except on the
gray cars. When I first visited PTM after 1711 had been sent to Elmira,
it brought back many fond memories. The interior was exactly as I had
remembered. I thought it was more of a brown and creme.

PS- I actually liked the blue interior. If memory serves me correctly,
    it was almost like the blue inside of Red Arrow 14.
