What is the signal number?  If it's a 3-digit number (no decimal) beginning
with "1" it's on Washington.  I can't read it.  The snow photo looks
outbound at Morganza.

Photos  --  on pg.1 may be Brookside on Washington line with the 38xx
heading south!       And the one in snow on single track is also
Washington line, not Charleroi  --  we have seen this latter photo
before as a US&S promotional picture!
