In addition to PRCo being bled to death from all the Underlies so that
money was not available for anything outside of maintenance, the filthy
rotten air of Pgh. which rotted curtains off their rods in homes, the
ultra-hostile city government, It Is A Wonder That PRCo survived At All.

Stated more precisely::: """Most original PAT management team
members were Hades Bent on getting rid of TrolleyCars -- they didn't
want Pgh. to have the largest operating antique trolleycar museum Right
On City Streets!""" The deplorable conditions of the PCCs under
({[pat]}) is a direct effect of this policy -- they were Purposely
allowed to disintegrate.

THAT IS A ({[pat]}) CAR ---- *NOT* PRCo. Yes,
PRCo had its dings, dents, faded paint, fresh paint *spots* but I
never saw a PRCo PCC look like the ({[pat]}) 1619!
This is not the first time we have had this *discussion* And from the
same source. I provided an email with Multiples of URLs showing
*PRCo* PCCs in decent condition -- that email IS in the archives at
dementia, but if I can find my copy I shall forward it.
Cleveland PCCs should have been in decent shape -- they only operated
6-years max and then ALL trolleycars disappeared from Cleveland and
the people were left with Gutterliners!
