[PRCo] Re: "Johnstown" trolley at Kenosha

This may sound like a dumb question (I'm a dumb person), but what is the 
purpose of that little do-hicky light TTC streetcars have above their front 
destination signs?

I've been wondering about that for years, but have never gotten around to 
asking John Bromley nor Rob Hutchinson about that.....
