[PRCo] Re: "Johnstown" trolley at Kenosha

I always thought that the blue light was to make the approaching trolley
more visible to waiting passengers.  Even in heavy traffic at night, the
blue light can be seen at a distance down the street.

Also note in yesterday's Kenosha photo that the blue light is visible even
in bright sunlight.
