Photo Please???       Would be neat to see the PCCs making the downtown 
Washington loop.       Think it is in the video that Bruce Wells et. al. 
complied for PRMA where one of the 16 interurbans on Charter in these 
last weeks of looping goes into the wye and had to remove not a small 
amount of dirt to set the turnout for the wye  --  car advanced gingerly 
in case of derailment.
