A wonderful scheme for those who own those large land barges. I, on
the other hand, can push my car slightly over 30 mpg if I'm careful
not to drive too much over 70 miles per hour. And my car doesn't
need 12 inches of concrete to support it. I guess that makes me a
part of the problem? I don't use enough Texas gasoline?
