Harsh comments about Donora were not from our group but over the years if you mention to anyone that you were from the Pittsburgh area, they would say where at? And generally if you say Donora you would receive a rather harsh comment to the affect that the town was nasty or whatever, however that nasty town and many other Mon Valley communities produced steel that built America.
