When San Francisco extended its F-line along the Embarcadero to Fish 
Wharf they said they would use the RR tracks already in existence.       
We'Uns Railfans said it wouldn't work because the flanges would 
pick.        In Reality, SF meant they would use the row  --  they 
ripped it all out and rebuilt it.
