Not wanting to sound like a dumb Pollack?     PCC - Presidential Commission Car - was this not the Presidents of varous American  trolley lines who got together to design a "modern" trolley to compete with the automobile in the US OF A?      How did Russia get a PCC?    Why are we addressing Russia's trolleys as PCCs?     Now I said I don't want to sound like a dumb Pollack so only informative responses will be appreciated.
