I have a photo somewhere of a WP  *-Valley--Line-*  Cincy curved sider with 
an PRCo low floor in Aspinwall.

Wasn't the 68-line between McKeesport and Kennywood WP trackage, at least in 
part?       That may have been the trackage that was renewed.       Maybe 
the WP book mentions something about this  --  Beals book.
