Jim:

The 68 line was West Penn track from McKeesport into Duquesne.   I  
would need to look at old McKeesport maps to understand what  
happened.  The original West Penn tracks went through an area in  
McKeesport where the tube mill later expanded so I think in the 1940s  
the 68 cars came down into Duquesne on PRC tracks from Kennywood,  
then over West Penn across the river into McKeeport, then onto PRC  
tracks on 5th St., and then again onto WP rails on the loop.   I  
think.   No guarantees.
