Absolutely correct! Tracks are for trains / streetcars and automobiles may
disrupt their territory only when necessary and with extreme discretion.
When such an accident happens, it is only because the auto was at a wrong
place at a wrong time. It is not a failure of the train because it is
supposed to be there, on the track. The fact that the auto driver did not
know about the train can't be considered a lawful justification.
Agreed?
