Believe I have seen photos of those gates in Europe.

This reminds me of a PBS documentary filmed in  --  Of  All  Places  --  
Europe.

Location of Multiple RR tracks where Pimples were crossing the tracks 
and thus getting done in by a train.

We then watch the meticulous construction of a foot bridge for Pimples 
to Cross Tracks    S--A--F--E--L--Y    And  After construction is 
completed the  Pimples Still Cross  The  RR  Tracks  and  Avoid  The  
Footbridge.

Just goes to basic InHuman Nature in  ALL  of us  --  we are egocentric, 
and we understand the basis for this, Yes Jerry?!?!?!?!
