A wiring diagram of a West Penn signal block was first printed in the  
Pittsburgh Electric Railway Club's Review of the West Penn Railways  
in 1952.   The identical drawing was reprinted in CERA's West Penn  
book, and in PTM's later West Penn picture book.   The latter is  
still in print ... copies are being given away this month to all the  
trainmen.
