Homewood was always a mixed barn.   Remember the central parts room  
was two blocks down the street so it made sense to put anything left  
over to Homewood after assigning cars to the other barns.   But it  
didn't make sense to have a complete array of windows, heaters,  
control fingers, etc. in Manchester or Herron Hill.
