Don't think track brakes are that worn on 1713  --  just that dirt near 
the track is raised higher  --  this is when car was Very New  --  
possibly within days or certainly just weeks of delivery.

PRCo track brakes Always Wore At An Angle  --  front end much more worn 
than back end.

The second truck for 100 is maybe 5 years old  --  that may say 
something about wear!       It Is Not Worn In Proper PRCo Fashion!!!!!!!
