[PRCo] Re: Pgh__--__San--Fran__Connection

One might be lead to suggest that the satisfaction in Pittsburgh and  
dissatisfaction in San Francisco were subjective in both cases.     
The answer might lie somewhere between the two following statements:   
He designed it here, therefore it is good.   They designed it,  
therefore it is not good.
