I remember in the late 40s and even just prior to termination of street car service to Donora, that
the cars no matter what time of day, the cars were pretty much were full, remember riding to Monongahela with not an empty seat, I guess there still were a number of folk who didn't not have an automobile. Also at Black Diamond catching a car to Charleroi and the oos and ahs of riding over
the 3 trestles was fantastic and what a ride it would be today. Thankful as an old guy to have
memories! Yall have a great Christmas day!
