The more I travel and the more places I consider, the more I like my little
corner.  If we want to go away in the winter, there are ships, hotels, house
rentals, etc. to consider.  Real estate is apparently based on irrational
exuberance, to quote the former Fed chairman.

Don't bet on Tucson; my brother-in-law just got a job there and he can't
find a house he can afford - prices are going out of sight.  The good
news is he does interior design so business should be good.

It was in the 60s.  Can't afford California...a similar house would cost

least 3 times what I could sell my property for!  Tucson, maybe?  Maybe
