Much truth in this  --  home is Always A Comfort Zone  --  it  IS  the 
Known and Familiar.

Real estate was not always irrational exuberance  --  just the last 
couple decades  --   recessions // depressions correct for those 
effects  --  and usually are as Irrational on the downside as the upside!!!
