Do you remember more about the PCC?

Believe Jeff left Muni not long after Boeings arrived.       Only spoke 
with him once or twice on the job.       He wrote // published(?) some 
books on electric GN.       He contacted me about the purchase of some  
SPTC  PE  PCCs  about 5 years ago but never followed through.       
According to his peers at Muni he was quite controversial.
