Close, but no.
B&O acquired control of both the Buffalo Rochester & Pittsburgh Ry
and the Buffalo and Susquehanna Railroad Corp. in one blow at the
beginning of 1932. I think both became part of the B&O's Buffalo
Division.

Another motivation for not restoring the washed out segment was that
doing so would have put two switchbacks back into service. They were
a large part of the reason the B&S went through two reorganizations
and still couldn't make money.
By the time B&O got control of the B&S, it was a line from DuBois to
Wellsville and Ansonia, and a line from DuBois to a big coal mine at
Sagamore. The latter carried a fair traffic in coal, the former was
just sort of there with very little traffic other than at the
northeastern end. At one time, B&S had a line from Galeton to
Buffalo, but that was abandoned about the time of the first world
war, well before the B&O takeover.
